Gas Conditioning

A Gas Conditioning Skid is designed to pre-treat natural gas and other combustible gasses prior to injecting into a critical process or a Gas Turbine Generator. The skid performs two functions; remove all liquid droplets and solid contaminants from the gas, and adjust the gas temperature to the injection requirements. Different styles of filter elements can be used in the pressure vessels. The liquid contaminants are collected in a sump and automatically drained from the system for easy operation. Either electric or steam heaters can be used for temperature adjustment. Manufacturing Packaged Systems designs the gas conditioning skid so all of the system components and piping are skid mounted for transport and installation.

The proper removal of moisture and solid particles from the gas prior to critical usages is shown to improve the operation of the rotating equipment, so a custom manufactured gas conditioning skid from MPS is the solution. A gas conditioning skid is a custom application which is unsurpassed in energy efficiency and occupies minimal space. It's easy to install, easy to operate and easy to maintain.

Our gas conditioning packages are custom manufactured for your site specifications. Custom manufacturing from MPS allows for accurate site installation and budgeting, as well as minimizing cost overruns and keeping your project on schedule. An MPS Gas conditioning skid also offers single-source convenience: If you have a question once your system is installed, you know whom to contact. You don’t have to worry about contacting multiple suppliers and trying to get them to work together to provide the information you need to solve your problem.
