Government Facility

Provided to a Mechanical Contractor and installed in a government facility. MPS Pump Package was used because it is

1. Convenient. Assembled offsite which makes it easier to install onsite. No mulitple trade access to site. 2. Lower Cost. A single point of contact means cheaper cost and for this project the cost was about 35% cheaper than the alternative. 3. Time. The fabrication and installation of our custom fabricated product allowed this project to have a smaller lead time.

Government Facility

Provided to HPS Specialities and installed in a government facility. The project was a Hot Water Heat Transfer Skid. The skid included pumps, heat exchangers, expansion tanks, air separators, triple duty valves, a steel frame and a control panel with a single point power connection and VFDs.

Government Facility

Provided to Havtech and installed in a government facility. Project was three Chiller Plants that included pumps, steel pipping, pressure gauges, and expansion tanks.

Provided to Havtech and installed in a government facility. Project was for a fabrication of a heated aluminium insulated vented enclosure with 2 pumps, 1 expansion tank, 3 pressure gauges and a control panel.

Pump Packages

Our DP Series Pump Packages have been fabricated for various mechanical contractor companies and for various mechanical representatives. Some of our customers include Carrier Corporation, Havtech, Liebert, GF Morin and Zonatherm. We build Economy Dual Pump Package- DPE Series and Dual Pump Package- DP Series.

Winterized Enclosures

This winterized enclosure was built for a mechanical contractor and installed in a government building. The enclosures are used to maintain freeze protection for filteration devices for cooling towers.

Floor Stands

MPS has built Equipment Floor Stands for various mechanical contractors, general contractors, equipment manufacturers and data center representatives including Liebert Capitol Office. Our Floor Stands are seismic and non seismic and can be used for various equipment types.

PRV Steam Station

The PRV Steam Stations were designed for HPS Specialties and five (5) of them were installed in a government facility. They were fabricated with all required pipes, fittings, gauges, valves, gaskets, steam traps and welded together, painted and tested to ASME standards.
