MPS offers industrial design and mechanical engineering services to residents in Baltimore and surrounding Maryland regions as well as in Washington DC, Virginia, and Florida. Our mechanical manufacturing company can move quickly to help customers or manufacturing engineers make timely decisions while keeping cost in mind. At MPS, we furnish CADD drawings and complete submittal packages prior to custom fabrication to ensure our plan meets your specifications exactly. Throughout the machine design, machine manufacturing and delivery phases, we will work with the contractor, project engineer, or owner to ensure system integration.
Our mechanical packages can be built on a skid for interior applications or can be housed in a heated and ventilated equipment enclosure for outdoor applications. Our mechanical fabrication design team is flexible and creative with appearances of equipment enclosures to match the existing environment. Our manufacturing engineers have more than 30 years experience in mechanical, electrical, and control systems design. Most have field construction and service experience that allows for a full comprehensive design that takes into consideration the design parameters of the system, functionality of the mechanical system, and serviceability of the system. We pride ourselves on providing an economical and flexible design that can be maintained and serviced with ease.

Custom Fabrication
At MPS, custom fabrication is our business. All of our mechanical packages are custom fabricated. This allows us to build your central plant, boiler plant, equipment enclosures, heat transfer systems, generators, or pump package to fit your manufacturing needs and your industrial machine design. We work with your mechanical engineer to put together a package that meets your requirements and your site conditions. Our custom fabricators are ASME certified welders and pipe fitters, master electricians and control technicians. We offer you a custom fabricating solution that is highly flexible and price competitive. No matter the application, our lead times are some of the shortest in the industry.
